As a KYC (Know Your Customer) Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring accurate client records in the database (billing information, addresses etc). You will ensure that data is up-to-date and complete, promptly identify and address any discrepancies, and report issues to the Finance Manager. Additionally, you will handle the set up of new client cases (conduct internal conflict checks).
