About the Role

As a Risk Manager in the Risk Analytics & Model Validation team, you’ll hold a central position within the organization. You’ll validate and improve models used for capital calculation, valuation, and pricing across multiple business lines. The role includes supporting internal capital assessments and shaping model risk policies.

Your day-to-day will involve a mix of quantitative analysis and strategic advisory. You'll work closely with business stakeholders, risk teams, and senior management, ensuring high standards of model integrity and regulatory compliance. This is an excellent opportunity to influence key decisions in a lean and agile environment where your opinion truly matters.

Your Profile (No Visa Sponsorship Available)

• A Master’s degree in econometrics, mathematics, engineering, or similar;
• This role is open to both Dutch and English speakers
• 3–5 years of experience in model validation or financial modelling;
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as BIS, EBA, CRD, and IFRS;
• Proficient in data modelling tools such as Excel, Python, VBA, or Matlab;
• Analytical thinker with strong communication skills;
• Detail-oriented and confident in challenging assumptions and sharing your view;
• Independent, flexible, and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative environment;
• A proactive, hands-on mindset with a passion for innovation.
