What will you do?
As part of the European Service Parts team your goal will be to contribute to the customer satisfaction of our LGE customers. To achieve this you will be working in close collaboration with our LG Electronics subsidiaries around Europe and with our supplier all over the world. You will play a key role in planning and securing on time availability of service parts and related supply information to enable a high level of service delivery to our customer.
Your main responsibilities will include :
- Purchase-Sales-Inventory management (PSI) : Managing and developing PSI file in excel.
- Checking and adjusting forecasted purchase order to meet the field demand.
- Proactively supply stock availability information with high accuracy and speed to the stakeholders
- Take a leading role in solving shortage risk incidents.
- Analyzing European Service Parts Inventory to minimize the risk of excessive and obsolete stock.
- Co-work with HQ supply team to prepare and react to unexpected events related to supply delay.
- Shipment Plan analyzing & validation based on PSI data and final adjustment in the system.
- Monitoring On-Time delivery from the suppliers and take the appropriate action to prevent shortage risk.
- EOL / NPI Service Parts management (End of Life / New Product Introduction).
