As the Associate Director / Senior Manager Production in our Operations Department, you’ll lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in achieving the long-term objectives and annual plans of the unit. You’ll be accountable for the parenteral production facility, including bulk manufacturing and packaging. You’re the conductor of our production symphony, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From creating top-quality products to motivating your team and maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards, your role is the backbone of our success.
