Security Resiliency Consultant – Defend the Digital World Through Ethical Hacking & Resilience

We’re partnering with our client to find a Security Resiliency Consultant who can do more than just react; we’re after someone who thinks like a threat actor to stay one step ahead.

This role blends deep expertise in cyber resiliency with a hands-on, proactive approach through ethical hacking and penetration testing to help organisations protect, detect, and recover with confidence.

As the threat landscape grows ever more complex, the ability to identify and exploit vulnerabilities before malicious actors do is critical. Our client is at the forefront of this effort, helping businesses transform how they defend, detect, and bounce back stronger from cyber incidents.

What You’ll Be Doing :

You'll be the cyber guardian, not just keeping the lights on, but stress-testing systems through ethical hacking to uncover and fix weaknesses before they become breaches. You’ll guide our clients customers in securing their environments through a mix of penetration testing, resiliency planning, and cutting-edge recovery solutions like cyber vaults and ransomware protection.

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years in information security consulting & implementation

Strong experience with ethical hacking, penetration testing, and security risk assessments

Deep knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, RMF, ISO27000, etc.)

The ability to turn technical insight into business language

Proficiency in Dutch (minimum B2 CEFR)

Bonus Points For :

Experience with incident response, cyber resiliency & ransomware protection

Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, CISM, CISA

Skills in business continuity planning & data recovery strategies
