    • Role description :

    As a QA Officer , you'll make sure that cleaning is well-organized, both within internal teams and external cleaning companies, ensuring that our factory complies with all the requirements of the food industry.

    Your responsibilities :

  • Implement and adhere to cleaning and disinfection protocols according to food safety standards.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and manage collaboration with external cleaning companies.
  • Supervise cleaning processes and perform validations after cleaning tasks.
  • Manage chemical products and budgets with a focus on cost control.
  • Perform inspections and audits on hygiene and cleaning procedures.
  • Provide training sessions to employees on hygiene protocols, food safety standards, and best practices.
  • Analyze and resolve quality issues related to hygiene and cleaning practices.
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of cleaning systems for greater efficiency and sustainability.

    • Qualifications and Experience :

  • MUST HAVE : Proficiency in both Dutch and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree (HBO), preferably in Food Technology, Food Science, Health & Safety or related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the food industry.
  • Knowledge of food safety and cleaning regulations.
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong cross-departmental relationships.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
  • You are willing to occasionally work on weekends.
