Reporting to the COO, the Senior Operations Manager is responsible for deploying the lean tools and behaviors of our Veralto Enterprise System (VES). S / he will develop a continuous improvement culture and lean process focus to set and deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost & Inventory (SQDCI) objectives and drive the long-term commercial success for a portfolio of new and existing products. This position is part of the Operations & Manufacturing Team located in Delft, Netherlands and will be onsite.
