Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Payroll Analyst to join our team in the Netherlands. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Your responsibilities will include addressing payroll queries, supporting payroll system updates, and ensuring compliance with Dutch labor laws and tax regulations. Additionally, you will assist with payroll account reconciliations, audits, and collaborate with HR to maintain precise employee records.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process and validate employee payroll on a monthly basis, ensuring accuracy.
• Payroll-related tax filings and statutory reporting requirements.
• Address employee payroll queries and troubleshoot discrepancies.
• Support updates to the payroll system for new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments.
• Perform payroll account reconciliations, including benefits and deductions tracking.
• Assist in payroll-related audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate tracking of employee absences, leave, and overtime.
• Provide administrative support for payroll documentation and record-keeping.

Qualifications:

• Payroll Administration education or equivalent experience with a accounting background.
• 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch labor laws and payroll regulations.
• Certified Payroll Professional preferred.
• Proficiency in payroll software (ADP) and MS Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
