About the role

To support the continued growth of our international organization, we are seeking a dedicated Marketing Manager (m / f / d) for our Benelux operations based in Naarden, close to Amsterdam. The ideal candidate will share our core values and be instrumental in expanding our market position.

• Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition : Your main responsibility is to drive lead generation and customer acquisition through the effective use of HubSpot and targeted local marketing initiatives.
• Marketing Strategy & Campaigns : In close collaboration with the local sales team and HQ marketing, you will adapt global campaigns and develop localized marketing strategies across all relevant channels.
• Data Analysis & Customer Insights : You analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that help refine campaign performance and improve targeting efforts.
• Performance Analysis & Budget Management : You monitor the effectiveness of marketing activities, identify opportunities for optimization, and manage budgets for local initiatives.
• Events & Webinars : You plan and execute local events, webinars, and conferences in collaboration with the sales team – supporting lead generation and brand visibility.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager or Consultant, with a proven track record in performance marketing and a degree in B.A. Marketing or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient in data mining and analysis to extract actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
• Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working closely with local sales teams to drive business performance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strategic and adaptable approach to change and excellent organizational skills.
• A communicative and proactive personality with a hands-on mentality.
• Confident in using MS Office and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot; experience with Adobe Express or Photoshop is a plus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both written andspoken - you can communicate confidently and professionally with both local customers and international colleagues.
