This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual who will generate new business for DevOn through headhunting and networking efforts. Responsibilities :
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Actively develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and tailor custom software solutions to meet their business needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Work closely with our current clients and ensure satisfaction and business continuity.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demos.
- Establish an image for our brand through marketing strategies, participation in conferences, meetups, seminars, discussion forums, and knowledge sharing spaces.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide strategic insights for business growth.
- Keep looking for new ways to improve and new directions for your company to grow.
Job Requirements :
Previous business development experience in selling software engineering and consultancy services.Experience in successfully building and implementing commercial strategies.A proven track record of sales excellence in software services to enterprise-level organizations.Basic knowledge of the software market as well as modern IT software stacks.Experience in offshoring software services to regions such as India is a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset ready to drive business growth and development.Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to discover and close opportunities.Ready to travel and visit clients within Benelux.A team player with a zeal and passion to learn new technologies.
Analytical mindset to enable the individual to assess the competence of projects.
Proactive approach to solve problems and interact with other team members and clients.
