Size and functions of local team : Founder team 2 sales CSM and customer support. Total 10 employees.
Role description :
50 / 60 partners currently of which 10 that are strategic partners (>
25k revenue per year).
Also focus on (resell) partners that are dormant to reactivate them.
Now mainly Benelux focused - will relay more attention internationally. On partners and events.
Company goal is to grow to 30 employees.
Focus in H1 on activation operational excellence - deal qualification & registration process.
In H2 the focus will be on recruiting new partners and enabling them.
Most (bigger) deals will be so-sold with Guardey sales.
Huge potential to (further) shape the partnership role and naturally step into leadership.

Salary range : Up to 100k OTE 70 / 30 split. Unlimited vacations days.
