As an Operations Specialist, you play a crucial role in processing customer orders. You strive to meet or exceed customer expectations. Together with your team, you are responsible for the performance of the Pack department. Additionally, you will be deployed across different squads to help manage peaks and challenges in other teams.

Key responsibilities :

• Pouring, Packing or repacking seeds based on orders, using machines or manually
• Retrieving and placing orders using picklists and carrying out related administrative tasks
• Setting up, converting, and cleaning packing machines and other equipment
• Participating in team meetings to create, execute, and evaluate solid planning (sprints) as a team
• Preparing, executing, and processing operational orders (OPOs) in line with customer expectations while following protocols and processes
• Being flexible to support other teams and / or work different shifts and / or overtime
