You will contribute to USP research projects for a medicine. These medicines are frequently tested on a small scale, with the aim of supporting the production of this product and investigating improvements in this production process. You will also support bioreactor runs with different cell lines and different products.

Your responsibilities will include :

• Setting up reactors
• Statistical knowledge and familiarity with working with mathematical models and simulations
• Analysing samples and processing data
• Cell culture and pre-culture
• Sampling bioreactors
• Monitoring the process, followed by harvesting the desired product
• Analysing data, including processing it in ELNs (Electronic Laboratory Notebooks)
• Possible additional tasks, such as writing protocols / reports and digitisation.

In this position, you will also be required to work a weekend shift several times per quarter.
