12 Month Contract - Onsite - Dutch Speaking
Experience : 2+ years
Responsibilities :
- Provide on-site and remote IT support for hardware, software, connectivity, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within agreed SLAs, escalating when necessary.
- Document and track incidents, resolutions, and customer interactions in CRM / ticketing tools.
- Support installation, configuration, and implementation of systems and connectivity solutions.
- Maintain service levels, inventory, and adherence to processes and schedules.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate effectively with team and logistics.
Required Skills & Knowledge :
Strong expertise in PC / laptop hardware, peripherals, printers, Microsoft OS, Office / Office 365.Proficiency in networking, wireless, VPN, and ticketing software.Awareness of Active Directory, Exchange, Apple OS, and server components.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.If this is of interest please share your most up to date CV and I will call to discuss.
