What will you do?
You will report to Bizzdesign’s Manager HR Business Partner and support our global HR team, which serves offices in 19 countries. You will focus on HR in the Netherlands and the UK, working closely with the HR Business Partner.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Provide day-to-day HR support, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and policy guidance
- Support organizational changes and collaborate on payroll with finance
- Manage benefits, training, travel policies, and absences
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
- Foster employee engagement through communication and feedback
- Maintain HR data in BambooHR and support HR reporting
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision making
- Contribute to HR projects (e.g. career paths and L&D) based on your interests and team priorities
Who are you?
You are eager to grow within a dynamic international, global HR teamYou have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 1 year of experience in a similar roleYou have previous experience as an HR professional in a global international startup or ascaleup environmentYou are comfortable working independently and across global teams within a rapidly changing environmentYou have solid knowledge of Dutch labor law; UK HR knowledge is a plusYou are proficient in MS Office, and familiarity with BambooHR and SharePoint is a strong advantageYou are fluent in Dutch and English; Arabic is a big plusYou are organized, detail-oriented, handle confidential information with integrity, and are able to manage multiple tasks at the same timeWhat is in for you?
