You are a Tech savvy person who is also a people's manager. The main goal is to support and develop the current team of four analysts and two data engineers in order to shape a perfect team with all required data skills to create robust and standardized data products. You will create quarterly roadmaps for the overlapping tasks and assignments, while supporting the specialty tasks of each analyst and data engineer. - Define (quarterly) roadmaps, aligning individual and team goals, to improve the availability, quality and accessibility of People related data.
- Ensure that available employee, organization and recruitment related data and metrics create value for the business.
- Reviewing and drawing conclusions from periodic reporting on the (most important) People related metrics.
- Manage the formation and composition of your team to reach its goals. Encouraging knowledge sharing and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Next to strategy and team setup you also like to be hands-on, deepdiving into specific solutions or tools where needed and helping out team members.

You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of data and analytics.You have experience as a coach, lead or manager. You know how to develop data specialists and how to build a solid team. You want to further grow your management and leadership capabilities.It’s a plus if you have an affinity for People / HR / organizational related data, insights and processes.You have strong problem solving and analytical abilities. You are an expert in identifying patterns and trends in data, interpreting complex datasets, and providing actionable insights and recommendations.You have technical expertise in data analysis, statistics, and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL.You are a strategic thinker, aligning your data team's efforts with the broader business strategy.You have good communication skills to clearly explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.You like to continuously learn and upgrade your skills, and you are flexible in case of changes.Close
