Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Head of Production to lead operations across our two key manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on driving efficiency, performance, and strategic alignment within a fast-moving, quality-driven environment in the pet sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee production operations across both sites, ensuring high standards of output, efficiency, and safety

Collaborate cross-functionally, particularly with supply chain and procurement teams, to ensure smooth and cost-effective production planning

Champion continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to enhance productivity and streamline processes

Support the strategic transition of operations towards an extended production model

Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards across the facilities

Work closely with senior stakeholders across multiple European business units to identify shared opportunities and implement best practices

Help align production goals with broader business objectives, supporting long-term growth and innovation
