We’re looking for a hands-on Operator to join a state-of-the-art bakery in Waalwijk, working in a 5-shift schedule.
What will you be doing?As a production operator in this high-tech bakery, you play a vital role in the entire process—from dough preparation to the final product. You’ll be in charge of ensuring everything runs smoothly on the production line.
Your responsibilities include :
Preparing machines and production lines according to daily planning and recipes;
Verifying the availability of ingredients and support materials;
Adjusting and converting machines when needed;
Performing quality checks and accurately recording results;
Fixing minor technical issues and escalating larger ones to the technical team;
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in line with food safety standards (HACCP).
You will be working in a 5-shift system, sometimes working nights. Working hours are from 06 : 00 to 14 : 00 / 14 : 00 to 22 : 00 / 22 : 00 to 06 : 00.
Gross monthly salary between €2,600 – €3,250, depending on experience and age;
Shift allowance of 134% to 137% for evening and night shifts;

Experience as an operator, production worker, or baker;
Willingness to work in a 5-shift rotation;
A strong focus on hygiene and safety;
Prior experience in food production or knowledge of HACCP is a plus.
