Sales Consultant

We are looking for exceptional candidates to join our team and provide the perfect Bally experience for every customer.

Our Sales Consultants are our ambassadors : committed, passionate, willing to deliver a unique and true luxury experience to the Bally clientele and establish a long-term customer relationship.

The ideal candidate must possess a high affinity towards the world of Retail and Luxury leather goods and be caring, ambitious and inspiring.

Responsibilities :

• Manage proactively the sales in order to ensure the target are met.
• Drive customer service excellence to every aspect of the store according to the Bally Way to Sell.
• Show motivation to succeed, consistently meeting individual goals.
• Build customer loyalty through CRM and active client book development.
• Actively participate in trainings to support new products introduction.
• Help maintain the shop floor, assist with VM, stock management and replenishment.
