Your role :

As Bid Manager / Project Manager Your responsibilities include :

Quotation & Negotiation

  • Create and organize quotations, find technical and commercial solutions to meet customer expectations;
  • Develop technical concepts and project scopes, collaborting with specialist departments;
  • Prepare preliminary costing and participate in price negotiations;
  • Engage in contract negotiations;
  • Manage bids for regional projects, coordinating between customers and product centers;
  • Conduct inquiries and prepare comprehensive bid comparisons for procurement decisions;
  • Building strong customer relationships and follow up on the bidding process until contract conlusion;
  • Conduct further contractual negotiations to clarifyu or adjust technical and commercial details;
  • Developing customer contacts during the bid processes.

Project Management

  • To carry out the technical, adiminstrative and scheduling of new installations, maintenance, and service activities on Turbomachinery equipment for Field Service personnel;
  • To carry out the technical, administrative and scheduling of local workshop repairs for OEM and Omnicare business;
  • Give input and calculate quotations for service, troubleshooting, new intallation, commissioning and workshop repairs;
  • Manage subcontractors, from evaluating quotations to selecting qualified partners;
  • Coordinate kick-off meetings, site inspections, and technical customer meetings;
  • Arrange for the necessary spare parts, consumables, tooling, lifting and other needed equipment;
  • Support sales and participate in customer visits for OEM and Omnicare business regularly.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Ensure all field and workshop activities are clearly reported and documented;
  • Maintain cost control and complete financial reporting for projects;
  • Prepare quality documentation like Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Manufacture Data Books (MDB).
