About the role

As a Lead Logistics Handler , you will be responsible for efficient team management and ensuring that output is delivered in a high-paced environment. You will monitor and manage the outgoing goods process, resolve any issues that may arise, and maintain effective communication with various departments to ensure timely products’ deliveries. The ideal candidate should possess a general knowledge of logistics processes, SAP experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities and a high degree of self-discipline.

Key responsibilitie s

• Organizing start-up and end-of-the-shift meetings
• Supporting and guiding the team
• Delegating the tasks, assigning colleagues to certain tasks, reacting to the volumes, and redirecting team members
• Problem shooting / solving issues
• Reporting to the team leader
• Cooperation with the Support Engineer / other logistical departments / planners
• Executing 5S-related tasks, reporting hazardous situations
