About the Board Member Role We are seeking an experienced Statutory Director / Board Member with a strong financial background to join the Dutch board of the organisation. In this role, you will assume the formal legal, fiduciary, and financial oversight responsibilities under Dutch law for the Netherlands-based entity of an international NGO. You will work closely with the Group CFO , provide governance oversight, and support the organisation’s mission to combat impunity for international crimes.
