About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead and oversee all human resources functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will drive HR strategy , ensure compliance with labor laws , foster a positive workplace culture , and support business objectives through effective talent management .

šŸ”‘ Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business goals

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding to attract and retain top talent

Oversee employee relations , resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a positive work environment

Design and implement performance management systems , including appraisals, promotions, and feedback

Manage compensation, benefits, and payroll administration

Conduct HR analytics and generate reports to support data-driven decision-making

Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Plan and execute employee engagement, training, and development programs

Lead HR projects including organizational development, succession planning, and workforce planning

šŸŽ“ Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration , or a related field (Master’s preferred)

Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (automotive or manufacturing experience preferred)

Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and talent management

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

High level of confidentiality and discretion

Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
