Are you an experienced Scrum Master with a financial services background who would like to make a big impact this year?

What are you going to do?

Coaching and leading multiple teams and being the engine to drive them to work in an agile way.
Understanding the technical aspects of what the team is working on.
Developing and helping the teams grow with your personal touch.

Based on your knowledge and expertise, we expect you :

Have at least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.

Have at least 5 years of experience in the IT field.

Have great experience in coaching and communicating with people.

Have an in-depth understanding of Agile methodologies.

Fluent in speaking and writing in English is a plus.

Having a good sense of humor is a big plus.

Nice-to-have skills :

Experience working in the financial sector.
