Customs Specialist

Job Responsibilities :

• Creating, maintaining and updating the item master data.
• Classification and coding of goods for logistics and customs purpose.
• Ensuring consistent entry of item information in ERP-System (such as descriptions, weights and dimensions).
• Identify inconsistencies and improve data quality.
• Collaborate with internal departments; Logistics, warehouse, finance and customs.
• Support customs processes within Giant. (Transport and import)
• Review and manage customs data in our ERP system and declaration software.
• Drafting, completing and checking customs declarations (Transit and import).
• Support Sr Customs specialist with internal audits.
