De LowCodeMasters verenigt midlance seniors met concrete ervaring in de applicatieontwikkeling met implementatie van o.a. Outsystems en Mendix. Geen ontwikkelaars die opgeleid moeten worden, maar mensen die praktijkervaring, kennis van IT én projectleiding in huis hebben. Bij ons werken professionals die koppelingen kunnen leggen tussen bestaande en toekomstige systemen. Daarnaast kunnen ze schakelen tussen de business, management en ITers en zijn sterk in kennisdelen.

Bij LowCodeMasters ga je werken als midlancer. De midlance-constructie houdt in dat je een vast dienstverband hebt op basis van een variabel salaris. De vrijheid en het bijbehorende inkomen van een freelancer gecombineerd met de zekerheden van een gewone loonconstructie. Zonder voorbehoud ontvang je 70% van de door jou gerealiseerde omzet.
