Security Domain Architect

FrieslandCampina is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Security Domain Architect to join our IT Information Risk and Security team, led by the CISO.

Leadership and ownership of Cyber Security technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap. Mandate to make key technology decisions around Security Architecture. Leads the IT and OT Security Technology domain capability in terms of target state architecture & technology roadmap towards (business) outcomes and value realization.

Security is one of the 4 strategy enablers of FrieslandCampina. The Security Domain Architect works with the CIO, CISO, and IT and business leadership to set up and optimize the overall Security architecture. The Domain Architect oversees the full IT and OT architecture, but specifically drives the OT security architecture.

The Domain Architect is a communicative and analytical strong professional with strong experience in Security Architecture. We are looking for a strong leader who can take the IRS team and the IT and business teams by the hand on security architecture and roadmaps. The Domain Security Architect acts as a trustworthy advisor with a strong relationship with middle and higher IT management, SC and OT leadership, Corporate Internal Control, the external audit, and cross-business area peers. With strong advisory (consultancy) and interpersonal skills, the Domain Security Architect is able to motivate and engage others, which results in effective / efficient training and a high level of knowledge transfer, process adoption, and performance.

In order to excel in this role you should have :

• Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Cybersecurity, or similar technical discipline.
• 10+ years of working experience in IT Security. At least 5 years of experience working with OT security.
• Demonstrated ability to think and deliver strategically. Proven experience in risk management, IT / Information Security frameworks and standards, architecture, and information security awareness principles.
• Ability to translate complex concepts across multiple layers of resources into understandable and actionable terms and visualizations.
• Ability to build relationships effectively and collaborate easily with others to drive results and solve problems.
• Information Security Practitioner (CISSP / CISM / CRISC) Certification.
• Good knowledge of IT environments but especially also deep knowledge and experience with OT environments.
• Expertise as a thought leader on Information security.
• Ability to communicate up to C-level.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written.

As the Information Risk and Security Team (IRS), we have an important role for people to make maximum use of technology and facilities in a secure way. Security is an important enabler for the RFC strategy hence top of mind of our board. The IRS team is led by the CISO to whom you report.

We work in an internationally based team out of NL and KL, driving a secure operation while elevating the security maturity and keeping abreast of developments.
