their dynamic, multicultural organisation in The Hague.
Job Profile for Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :
- Own and evolve the workforce planning processes, integrating internal workforce data with external labour market insights and future skill needs
- Develop, automate, and maintain workforce planning reports using Excel, Excel Automation, Power BI, and SuccessFactors reporting tools
- Forecast workforce demand, considering factors such as business growth, retirements, emerging skill needs, and market trends
- Collaborate with Finance and Business Leaders to align workforce planning with labour budgeting processes, ensuring headcount, cost, and workforce analytics support organisational strategy
- Apply predictive analytics to workforce data to anticipate risks (e.g., turnover, skill gaps) and create proactive talent plans
- Bring external perspective on talent and skills to improve workforce plans and talent supply strategies
- Partner with Business Leaders to advise on organisational structures, a span of control analysis, and job architecture development
- Support the development of job scopes and ensure role clarity in alignment with the strategic workforce plans of the company
- Ensure job evaluations are aligned with the Korn Ferry or Hay methodology
- Contribute to organisational development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and aligning learning and development initiatives with workforce planning outcomes
Candidate Profile for Strategic Workforce Planning Advisor
Must be fluent in English, both written and spokenBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field required7+ years of relevant experience in strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR strategy roles within a mid to large-sized organisationStrong expertise in workforce reporting, headcount budgeting, and predictive analyticsKnowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Korn Ferry or Hay preferred - certification is an advantage)Expert proficiency in Excel (including automation / macros) and Power BIExperience with SAP SuccessFactors, particularly in reporting and analyticsPrevious broader HR experience is preferableFamiliarity with organisational design principles and job architecture developmentAbility to translate data insights into actionable workforce strategiesStrong stakeholder management, consulting, and advisory skillsWhat Our Client Offers
