Tool Proficiency : Experience with tools like Git, Jira, and CI / CD pipelines. Mindset : Proactive attitude and excellent communication skills. A permanent employment contract for stability in a dynamic environment. Individual profit sharing. A training budget of €2,200 per year to keep developing your skills. What You’ll Do
- Innovate & Develop : Design, develop, and maintain advanced software solutions using C++.
- Collaborate : Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
- Shape Architecture : Contribute to software architecture and key design decisions.
- Explore Diverse Projects : Engage in sectors such as semiconductors, automotive, high-tech, or healthcare—depending on the project.
- Grow Continuously : Learn and evolve within our unique Employeneurship model, combining job security with entrepreneurial freedom.
What We Expect From You
Preferred Background : We value experience in high-tech industries (such as semiconductors, automotive, or healthcare). While we appreciate diverse backgrounds, this role is best suited for professionals outside the banking or gaming sectors.
Location : Ideally, you are already based in the Netherlands or the European Union.
