Tax Manager (French / German speaking)

Our client is a real estate investment trust (REIT) investing in commercial properties and partnering with the world’s leading companies. Due to expansion into Europe, they’re looking for a French or German speaking Tax Manager at their European headquarters in Amsterdam to be responsible primarily for European tax compliance, structure, planning and audits.

Your responsibility will include :

• Ensure tax compliance; manage tax processes, build tax risk management system, manage relationship with local tax authorities and consulting firms
• Coordinate tax due diligence, implementation of post-acquisition processes and onboarding, coordination of third-party advisors, and assistance in tax structure planning
• Participate in transfer pricing discussions and monitor the correct implementation and documentation of those policies within the Company
• Assist with various projects and business growth initiatives and new global tax requirements implementation

About you :

You have senior level experience in tax compliance especially within corporate / direct tax.
