International HRO Internship

From September 1st, 2025 , to January 30th, 2026 , we’re offering internship opportunities in our Almelo office. You’ll gain hands-on experience, work alongside an international team, and see what it takes to make cross-continental partnerships thrive.

You’ll be part of our HR Outsourcing team, working alongside experienced HR and Financial Consultants. Together, you’ll handle all things HR – from supporting North American clients to assisting their employees across Europe. It’s a hands-on role where you’ll gain real experience in international HR practices and play a key part in keeping things running smoothly.

Here’s what you’ll be involved in :

• Headhunting
• Gain insight into European employment law
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Communication with our clients
• International onboarding and offboarding
• European contracting
• Administrative HR activities
