YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Steer environmental performance plans across the regions, impacting every site
• Design, implement and maintain Group environmental guidelines, campaigns, communications and training material
• Technical support and guidance to the regions on all environmental matters
• Environmental provisions validation, consolidation and reporting / IFRS non-financial reporting together with the external consultants team
• Data consolidation and reporting HSE scorecard including site risk mapping, environmental certifications and critical issues administration
• Reporting of environmental topics in collaboration with Group Sustainability
• Reporting of Together For Sustainability program in collaboration with Group SCM and Sustainability
• Support Sustainability, Supply Chain and Commercial teams collaborating with Suppliers, Customers and other interested parties.
• M&A environmental risk management together with the external consultants team and the Brenntag regional management teams

YOUR PROFILE

10 yrs experience, ideally in chemical related industry

Environmental engineer or similar, ~>

10 yrs experience, ideally in chemical related industry

Understand environmental liabilities and provision calculations and reporting ,related to water, soil and air.

Familiar with environmental assurance programs (ISO 14001 and similar)

Knowledge and experience with general environmental impact monitoring, control and reporting

Familiar with CSRD reporting and legal / normative requirements globally

Must show people leadership and willingness to travel globallyntag regional management teams
