About the Role

Are you a confident communicator who loves a challenge and isn’t afraid to pick up the phone? At Instabee, we're looking for a proactive and energetic working student to join our field sales team. In this role, you'll focus on generating leads, making cold calls, and closing deals to grow our network of parcel lockers.

This is not a data-heavy role — it’s a hands-on, action-packed role for someone who enjoys being out in the field, speaking with people, and turning conversations into collaborations. You'll also gain real-world sales experience in a fast-growing tech-logistics scale-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up the phone and reach out to potential partners — cold calling is a big part of the job.
• Identify new locations for our parcel service and convince business owners to join.
• Meet with prospects in person and pitch the value of becoming a pickup point.
• Support the full sales cycle : from first contact to signed agreement.
• Help onboard new locations and ensure a smooth start.
• Keep our CRM up to date and report on your progress.
• Collaborate with our Operations and Marketing teams to align efforts.
