As Asset Manager, you’ll be the operational heartbeat of our real estate portfolio . From managing lease agreements and service contracts to ensuring our clubs reflect Urban Gym Groups’ premium standards, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our spaces running smoothly. You’ll also support our expansion by helping onboard new locations and ensuring seamless integration into our network.
What you’ll do :
Lease and portfolio management
- Oversee lease terms and ensure compliance across all clubs.
- Track key dates, co-negotiate renewals, and optimize lease performance.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial outcomes.
Acquisition and expansion support
Assist in evaluating new club locations and onboarding processes.Collaborate with Manager Real Estate to support growth.Service contract oversight
Manage contracts with external providers (cleaning, security, maintenance, etc.).Monitor service levels, control costs, and renegotiate terms when needed.Ensure all clubs meet UGG’s high operational standards.Landlord relations
Serve as the primary contact for landlords across the portfolio.Build strong, collaborative relationships and resolve property-related issues.Represent UGG’s interests in all lease and property negotiations.Facilities management
Ensure all facilities are safe, compliant, and aligned with our premium brands.Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements with our partners.Drive sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective facility operations.What you bring
Preferably : A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Law, or a related field.2 years of experience in real estate, property management, operations or finance.Basic understanding of lease agreements, service contracts, and club facilities operations.Comfortable working with tools like Excel, Word, Outlook.Good communication skills in Dutch and English – written and verbal.Key skills : proactivity, resilience, communication, sense or urgency / prioritising skillsA proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.A genuine interest in fitness, lifestyle, and the Urban Gym Group brand.Willingness to travel between our clubs.We offer
