Vacancy – Senior Developer / Tech Lead (LeadFlow SaaS)
Location : Remote (EU or Global, with minimum 4h overlap with CET)
Type : Freelance / Contract (14 weeks MVP, possible extension)
Budget & Commitment :
- ~20–30 hours per week
- €40–60 per hour (or €3,200–4,800 per month), depending on experience
About LeadFlow
LeadFlow is a SaaS platform designed for local service businesses. We help them capture leads (intake
forms, ad integrations), send automated reminders (SMS, Email, WhatsApp), collect customer reviews
(post-appointment requests), and manage leads in a simple dashboard with reports.
We’re building a 14-week MVP that proves real value for our pilot clients.
Your Role
Design and implement the architecture (frontend, backend, DB, CI / CD)Build core features (auth, intake, reminders, reviews, reporting)Ensure quality via code reviews, testing, and documentationAct as a bridge between founder (management) and offshore teamNew Key Responsibility – Team Assembly & Mentorship
Assist in recruiting 2–3 offshore junior developers (review candidates, assess test tasks)Define coding standards, repo structure, and onboarding docs for juniorsProvide mentorship and code reviews to ensure offshore qualityAct as the technical manager for the team, while the founder manages process & planningRequirements
5+ years in fullstack SaaS development (React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Docker)Experience with multi-tenant SaaS, auth systems, integrations (Zapier, Google, FB)Proven leadership in managing offshore developers or teamsStrong communication in EnglishAvailable for 14 weeks MVP build, ~20–30 hrs / weekNice to Have
