Responsibilities :

Analyze the current setup and advise on changes based on best practices.
Implementing ServiceNow changes, from planning to delivery.
Analyzing business processes and translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
Training and guiding administrators and end users in the use of ServiceNow.
Advising on best practices and optimizing existing ServiceNow environments.
Proactively identifying areas for improvement and making proposals for optimization.
Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Requirements :

At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and advising organizations. (WO level)

In-depth knowledge and experience of ServiceNow modules and functionalities, with at least the ITSM, CMDB and PDC modules.

Experience with performing analyses and translating business needs into manageable technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly convey complex information.

Experience with training administrators and end users.
