The Field Service Engineer Benelux handles the daily service needs of the customer’s equipment to drive customer satisfaction. This position is part of the Field Service Organization in the Netherlands and will be fully remote. At Cytiva / Danaher, we aim to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.
In This Role You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in a GMP environment
- Preventative maintenance and field modification instructions
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
- Maintain tools and test equipment accurately and ensure they are calibrated
- Meet Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and / or all other applicable regulatory requirements
- Apply the right process to resolve customer service issues and conduct root cause analysis for effective problem solving
- Travel is required
The Essential Requirements Of The Job Include
Bachelor level education in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or AutomationExperience or strong interest in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical and / or electronic equipmentHigh integrity. Ability to work under customer pressure and travel in a regulated environmentOperational knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and databases (strong plus)English required; Dutch and / or French is a plusNice To Have
Experience in a Field Service roleKnowledge of the pharmaceutical industryAdditional Information
