Crypto Head of Product

FunctieomschrijvingMaster’s degree or above in finance, economics, or computer science ; overseas work experience is preferred. 5+ years of experience in product management. Deep understanding and experience in blockchain, digital currency, cross-border payments, and virtual assets product design. Familiarity with Web3 products and technologies ; proven success in Web3 projects is a strong plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills , fluent in English and Chinese , and able to work effectively with diverse teams. Willingness to travel for short- and long-term assignments.
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead Web3 product research, planning, design, and implementation , including version planning, product design, functional requirement documentation, prototyping, development coordination, launch, and iteration , ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
- Possess a strong understanding of traditional finance, cryptocurrency, and cross-border payments , conducting market research and competitor analysis to define customer needs and shape product and operational strategies.
- Collaborate with risk control, compliance, and technical teams to ensure product design and development meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Exhibit strong project management skills , defining clear objectives, creating detailed project plans, monitoring progress, and adapting to changes when necessary.
