Job description

We are a London-based fashion jewellery retailer seeking enthusiastic team members to join our vibrant and diverse team in Amsterdam.

THE ROLE

We are looking for Sales Assistants to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales in a one-to-one customer-focused environment.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets using effective selling skills, including up-selling and increasing key metrics such as UPT (Units Per Transaction) and ATV (Average Transaction Value).
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships with our customers by addressing their queries and tailoring your approach to their individual needs.
  • Confidently share detailed product knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
  • Maintain store tidiness, ensuring displays are well-organized and visually appealing.
  • Adhere to company security policies and procedures, remaining vigilant on the shop floor.

Kalverstraat 20, 1012 PD Amsterdam

Additional Requirements :

  • Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential.
  • Weekend availability is mandatory.
  • Fluency in a second language beyond Dutch and English is an advantage, with preference for :
  • Arabic, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Persian, Polish, Romanian, Spanish, Turkish.

    • Salary :  The starting salary is the minimum wage, with opportunities for growth.
