This company is on the hunt for multiple data-driven storytellers — Senior and Lead-level Product Analysts who are passionate about using data to shape exceptional digital experiences. In this strategic role, you'll partner closely with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and Business Leaders to guide product development across websites, apps, and digital platforms.
You’ll be at the forefront of experimentation and insight, leading the design and analysis of A / B tests, diving into user behaviour, and surfacing actionable recommendations that influence the strategic product roadmap. From defining KPIs to building scalable dashboards and advising on statistical methodologies, your insights will power the evolution of their products.

What You'll Do :
Own the analytics strategy for product growth and retention, delivering clear metrics and actionable insights.Design and analyse A / B and quasi-experiments, offering evidence-based recommendations for feature development.Automate reporting and dashboarding with a “data-as-a-product” mindset, enabling access to key insights at scale.Act as a trusted analytics partner, championing data-informed decision making across product teams.Identify opportunities for optimisation through behavioural analysis and hypothesis testing.What You’ll Bring :
Strong, proven experience in a product or digital analytics role, ideally in e-commerce or high-scale consumer platforms.Proven expertise in SQL (BigQuery / Redshift preferred), with strong Python or R skills for advanced analysis.Deep knowledge of A / B testing, experimentation design, and customer behavioural analytics.Experience with user tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and defining KPIs that matter.Proficiency in ETL processes, working with large datasets, and building automated pipelines.Strong communicator who can translate data into compelling stories for diverse stakeholders.Bonus Points For :
