Job Description

Business Intelligence & Power BI Development

  • Design, build, and maintain robust Power BI dashboards that consolidate data from multiple ERP systems and financial data sources across Europe.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and real-time availability by managing ETL pipelines , data models, and APIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, commercial) to gather requirements and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
  • Drive automation initiatives using DAX, Power Query, and Python scripts to reduce manual reporting tasks and improve data workflows.
  • Continuously improve the internal data architecture and reporting framework to support ongoing business needs.
  • Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert , coaching finance users and stakeholders on best practices in self-service analytics and data storytelling.
  • Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles , working closely with FP&A and country-level finance teams.
  • Analyze actuals vs. forecast / budget and deliver actionable insights to executive stakeholders.
  • Perform scenario modeling , trend analysis, and ad hoc financial deep-dives to support investment decisions, pricing strategies, and margin optimization.
  • Leverage financial consolidation tools (e.g., HFM, OneStream) and ERP data to provide consistent and accurate reporting.

    • The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, IT, or related field .
  • 8+ years of experience in financial or business data analysis roles, ideally within a regional or multinational environment.
  • Proven track record of developing advanced Power BI dashboards and data models for financial and performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements , KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Advanced skills in DAX, Power Query (M), and SQL ; familiarity with Python or R is a plus.
  • Experience working with data from multiple ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Solid grasp of data governance, quality assurance , and BI lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills and the ability to lead initiatives independently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe for stakeholder engagement and project support.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
