Temporary Office Manager (onsite 3 days Tuesday & Thursday must, 24-32 uur) –
max. € 45.360,- annually based on 40 uur

Scope of role
- Reports to CEO; no direct report. Participates in various teams and project initiatives
- Supports the whole team. Close connection and collaboration with IT departments-, the Aqua Team worldwide and also with LLC, Evonik, DSM-Firmenich and Planet B.io
- Based in HQ in Delft, which is an international and multi-cultural environment
- Purchases office equipment and services up to a certain authorization level
Skills
Ensure all necessary equipment present and functioningOnboarding of new colleaguesRepresent the client in SHEFirst point of contact towards landlordSupport well-being of Delft office coworkers (Office decoration and events)Process owner (invoicing, POs, archiving, ...)Archiving of contracts, agreements, board resolutions, and etceteraSecretary
Compose correspondence / reports for own or manager’s signatureUpdate and chase delegated tasks to ensure progress to deadlinesWelcome visitorsArrange complex meetings and meeting facilitiesSet up and maintain office systems to deal efficiently with paper (digital) flowArrange travel and accommodation for complex travelEvent organizationTake initiative in manager’s absenceSharepoint and Teams administratorAssisting Quality Management with SOP’s, Records, Manuals, etc.Your profile
Minimal 5 years of experience in management assistance and / or facility managementFluent in English and DutchProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excell, Word, Powerpoint, MS Teams, Sharepoint) and preferably also basic skills in SAP (POs and invoicing)Why to work for this organization?
