The Role

We’re looking for a passionate and tech-savvy Sales Engineer to support the sales process across the Netherlands and beyond. This is a pivotal pre-sales role, perfect for someone who’s commercially sharp, deeply knowledgeable about the HR space, and fluent in translating technical features into business value.

You’ll work closely with Account Executives, Product, and Services teams to run engaging discovery sessions, deliver technical demos, and act as a key advisor throughout the customer journey.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Lead engaging product demonstrations tailored to enterprise needs
  • Support technical discovery sessions and contribute to winning sales strategies
  • Translate complex product functionality into clear, compelling business outcomes
  • Act as the technical bridge between Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Provide market feedback to help shape product development and roadmap
  • Stay up-to-date on trends in HR tech, SaaS, and digital transformation

What Success Looks Like : You’ll become a trusted consultant to enterprise prospects - earning credibility, building trust, and driving high-impact deals. Your input will directly influence both revenue and product innovation.

What You’ll Bring :

  • 3+ years in a Sales Engineer (or similar pre-sales) role within SaaS / B2B
  • Strong communication and presentation skills - both technical and commercial
  • Deep understanding of HR tech, systems, or digital people platforms
  • A proven ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem-solving mindset, proactive attitude, and collaborative nature
  • Nordic or Spanish language skills
  • Coding knowledge or API integration experience (ideal but not essential)
  • Experience working in fast-paced, scale-up environments- would be a bonus!
