  • Design, manufacture, and supply of high-performance qPCR assays and workflows for use in human health, agriculture, veterinary and environmental, to support global health organisations and the research industry
  • Pharmaceutical research services : whole genome sequencing (WGS) / whole exome sequencing (WES)
  • Description of role :

    We are looking to recruit a full-time and permanent EMEA Sales Manager based in Germany or Netherlands.

    Reporting to the VP of Sales for EMEA, the EMEA Sales Executive is responsible for driving the EMEA sales strategy for the Yourgene Health Ranger size selection technology across the EMEA region and ensure that budgeted sales, profit objectives, and strategic goals are delivered.

    Key areas of responsibility :

  • Responsible for the delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales revenue targets, provision of detailed sales plans and execution of these by building and maintaining long term relationships with direct customers and channel partners.
  • In conjunction with the VP of Sales, EMEA, defining the sales strategy to penetrate key market segments.
  • Qualify and progress sales team leads through active customer management.
  • Work across EMEA field and inside sales team to drive the strategy and educate the sales team ultimately to build the funnel and drive sales.
  • Contribute to marketing plans in the EMEA region.
  • Develop and nurture a KOL network for raising product visibility and developing new applications.
  • Identify new opportunities for product and market development, engage with relevant internal stakeholders to build and drive plans.
  • Liaise with marketing to build and execute lead generation programmes.
  • Attend and contribute to relevant scientific meetings to maintain awareness of applications and competitor landscapes.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of SalesForce CRM.
  • Comply with all Health and safety requirements.
  • Comply with all quality systems.
  • Qualifications, Skills and Abilities :

    Minimum requirements :

  • Biological science degree
  • Genomic sales experience 2 - 5 years including Capex instrument sales
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%
  • Experience selling into labs
  • Preferred requirements :

  • International sales experience
  • Technical understanding of NGS and / or gene synthesis applications
  • Working across a matrix
  • Experience selling into Pharma
  • Experience selling into Academic Research
  • Experience selling into clinical genomics labs
