SAP CRM

We are seeking an experienced SAP CRM Project Manager to lead the endtoend delivery of SAP CRM projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of desirable feasible viable and sustainable solutions that meet customer and business needs. This includes managing scope schedule and budget (the triple constraint) across the full project lifecycle from initiation through deployment and postgolive support.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the planning execution monitoring and closure of SAP CRM projects.

Define and manage project scope goals deliverables timelines budgets and resources.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with SAP CRM capabilities.

Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to design and implement solutions.

Ensure project adherence to SAP best practices methodologies (e.g. ASAP / Activate) and governance standards.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues and ensure timely escalation when needed.

Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and foster strong working relationships across business and IT teams.

Drive change management training and user adoption strategies.

Ensure highquality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business Administration or related field.

7 years of project management experience with at least 3 years in SAP CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

Proven experience in delivering complex SAP CRM projects in a global or regional setup.

Strong understanding of SAP CRM modules such as Sales Service Marketing Interaction Center etc.

PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification is a plus.

Excellent communication stakeholder management and problemsolving skills.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is preferred.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with SAP S / 4HANA and integration between SAP CRM and other SAP modules.

Ability to manage multivendor environments and offshore delivery teams.

Strong analytical skills and a datadriven decisionmaking mindset.
