- Overall responsible for the E&I design discipline
- Day to day management of the employees of the discipline.
- Coaching with regard to career planning, education and training possibilities
- Monitor projects on budget, progress and quality
- Manplanning , resourcing and hiring / acquiring new personnel
- QA / QC
