Proven track record of leading successful multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable results. Strong understanding of the hospitality landscape, particularly in restaurants, bars, and experiential dining. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Creative thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for storytelling. Fluent in English; Dutch is a strong advantage. What You'll Be Doing
- As a member of the NL PR & Marketing team, you will :
- Lead and coordinate the development and execution of marketing and PR strategies for five Park Plaza hotels, vibrant meeting & event spaces, and multiple destination restaurants and bars.
- Champion marketing efforts for our restaurants and bars, focusing on increasing awareness, loyalty, and revenue during key seasonal and city-wide events.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to align marketing initiatives with commercial goals.
- Manage the NL marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns across B2C, B2B, and M&E segments.
- Oversee content creation, including photo / video shoots, digital storytelling, and brand activations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify our presence in key markets.
- Act as a mentor and point of reference for junior team members, fostering creativity and accountability.
