Operations Manager – GXO | Lelystad Platform (ZARA)

Work on one of the most impressive logistics operations in Europe.

In Lelystad, GXO operates an ultra modern distribution platform of 300,000 m², fully dedicated to ZARA. This is not a standard DC : all ZARA products worldwide enter this platform. From inbound and cross-dock to storage and outbound; almost all processes are highly automated and run 24 / 7 at full speed.

As an Operations Manager, you are part of the operational leadership team and, together with fellow Operations Managers, you lead the day to day operation within this unique environment.

Your role :

• Responsible for the daily operational management within a 24 / 7 three-shift operation
• Leading large, multidisciplinary teams in a highly automated environment
• Driving performance, safety, quality, and delivery reliability for one of the world’s largest fashion brands
• Acting as a key interface between operations, engineering, planning, and the customer (ZARA)
• Continuously improving processes in an environment where volume, speed, and reliability come together
