Position Overview : We are looking for proactive, results-oriented Sales Interns who are eager to learn, contribute to pipeline growth, and explore the world of B2B sales. This internship will give you hands-on experience in lead generation, customer engagement, and outbound strategies in a highly supportive environment.
Key Responsibility :
- Conduct research to identify potential clients and key decision-makers.
- Assist in building a strong pipeline of qualified leads through outbound activities (email, LinkedIn, phone outreach).
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Support the SDR team in managing CRM systems and maintaining accurate prospect data.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and demos for the Sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead stages in CRM
- Track performance metrics and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategy.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and best practices.
- Participate in strategy syncs and provide insights to improve GTM and sales efforts.
Qualifications :
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).Passion for sales, startups, and learning about customer engagement strategies.Comfortable using digital tools such as LinkedIn, Google Workspace, and CRM systemsProactive, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a sales-oriented career.Available for a minimum of 6 months.What We Offer
