About the Role :

As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll be designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend systems used by thousands of users every day. You’ll have real ownership over your work and the freedom to bring your ideas to life in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Tech Stack :

Languages & Frameworks : Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate
Cloud : AWS, Docker, Kubernetes
Databases : PostgreSQL, MongoDB
CI / CD : GitLab CI, Jenkins
Tools : IntelliJ, JIRA, Confluence, Maven / Gradle
Testing : JUnit, Mockito, REST-assured

Location :

This is a full-time permanent role based in Amsterdam . Candidates must reside in Amsterdam or the immediate surroundings and be fluent in Dutch (C1 level or higher).

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of hands-on experience with Java (preferably Java 11+)

Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices architecture

Experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS)

Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)

Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies

Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset

Nice to Have :

Frontend experience (e.g., React or Angular)

Experience working in fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS environments
